1. About Envie237
Envie237 is a web-based connections directory for consenting adults (18+) in Cameroon. The platform allows users to create profile listings and browse other users' profiles. Contact details are accessible through a subscription-based reveal system. Envie237 is operated by SaaS Simplified.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Envie237. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older. Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately deleted without notice. Each user is allowed one account, tied to a unique phone number.
3. Account & Security
You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Envie237 uses bcrypt password hashing and JWT session tokens. We will never ask for your password via WhatsApp or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Envie237 offers free browsing with limited reveals (1 per day). Paid subscriptions unlock additional daily reveals and premium features. Payments are processed via MTN Mobile Money and Orange Money. Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Once a contact is revealed, it remains accessible permanently, even after your subscription expires. Refunds are not available for used reveals.
5. Prohibited Content & Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on Envie237:
- •Prostitution, escort services, or solicitation of any kind
- •Offering or requesting payment for sexual services
- •Explicit nudity in profile photos
- •Impersonation or fake profiles
- •Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior
- •Scraping, automated access, or data harvesting
- •Any content involving minors
Violations result in immediate account termination without refund.
6. Ghost Mode
Premium users (Weekly plan and above) can enable Ghost Mode, which blurs their profile photos for non-premium viewers. Ghost Mode can be toggled on or off at any time. Bio, tags, and basic information remain visible to all users regardless of Ghost Mode status.
7. Contact Reveal System
Contact details (WhatsApp, phone number) are displayed as watermarked images after a reveal to prevent unauthorized copying and redistribution. Sharing or redistributing revealed contact details publicly is a violation of these terms. What happens between users after a reveal is their own responsibility — Envie237 facilitates connections but does not monitor or control off-platform interactions.
8. Content Moderation
Profile bios and photos are reviewed for compliance before going live. Users can report profiles that violate our guidelines. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Envie237 reserves the right to remove any content or terminate any account at its discretion.
9. Limitation of Liability
Envie237 is a directory and connection platform. We do not verify the identity of users beyond phone number registration and optional selfie verification. We are not responsible for the actions, behavior, or representations of any user. Use the platform at your own risk and follow our safety guidelines.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Envie237 after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated via the platform.
